Yes! Local order pick-up is available for free from our warehouse.

You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. Proof of purchase and order number are required for pick-up.

Discount codes distributed by the store are only Active when a sale event is not taking place. Applicable codes should be reactivated following the completion of a sale event.

The Broadmoor Box is a premium home decor box curated by @the_broadmoor_house. In the box is home decor, deals and special prizes. The box is not currently a subscription model and is on a first-come, first-served availability with a new box releasing approximately every 3-6 months.

Due to the exclusive limited-quantity, curated nature of our boxes, all sales of The Broadmoor Box are final.  Therefore, returns and refunds are not available.

However, if any product in your box arrives damaged please submit a photograph and explanation of the damage within 48 hours of delivery to info@modernlocke.com and we will do our best to make things right.  Please include your order number and delivery date in the email.
